I got something for that too! There's workbooks, apps, books and even audios. The best part is that these resources are at no cost to you.

Bearable
This mood tracking app was recommended to me by a client and I haven't stopped telling everyone about it since. You can simply track your mood, or add in extras, like factors, symptoms, sleep and more.
Calm
This is an app that I use personally every night for sleep with their sleep stores. They do offer a free version of their app as well!
I Am Sober
if you need visual reminders or queue about how awesome you're doing or just how far you've come, I AM Sober is great for this. They have a supportive online community of those also on their path. This can be used for any addictions or using/abuse habits or behaviours.
